Counselling for young people

I work with young people aged 15 to 25, providing non-judgemental and developmentally appropriate therapeutic support.

Counselling can provide a safe space to address challenges, develop coping strategies, and build resilience. Sessions are focused on what you want and need and may include things like:

  • Relationship challenges
  • Trauma
  • Work or study
  • Emotional wellbeing
  • Stress, worries and feeling overwhelmed
  • Grief and loss
  • Gender and identity
  • Alcohol and other drug use.
