Jodie Crouch, Counsellor
Welcome to Mindful Counselling & Psychotherapy.
My name is Jodie (she/her), I am a Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I have worked in mental health care at senior levels in both government and the private not-for-profit sector for many years.
I am a Registered Counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), and a Certified Practicing Counsellor and Psychotherapist with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PaCFA).
I provide kind and compassionate mental health care and support, understanding that each individual’s journey is unique and requires a tailored approach. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients on identified goals.
My approach involves creating a safe environment, where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves and exploring their emotions. I value connection and authenticity, recognising that building trust is essential for meaningful therapeutic progress.
